Why Arrow Energy?

We are a father and son team that believes in seeing every project through to completion. Do you want a single point of contact from initial consultation to switching on your new solar system? Would you like peace of mind knowing that the person you've built rapport with through the design phase is actually going to be installing the system you helped create? Then Arrow Energy is the company for you!

How much can I save?

That depends on how much your electricity bill is. The current Net Energy Metering (NEM) program allows you to offset all of your electric bill less certain fixed rate fees called Non Bypassable Charges (NBC's).  Typically this means we can reduce your bill by 90-95%.

How much does it cost?

Solar is more affordable than ever. Equipment prices are at record lows, installation processes are standardizing and new system design technologies are all combining to make solar one of the best investments available. Have some underperforming investments, why not roll them over into a safe hedge on utility rates (15-20% average 25 year IRR). Typical cash payback is about 5-6 years and financing options are often cashflow positive from the beginning.

Are there any rebates available?

Absolutely and its a big one, 30% of the entire system cost back in the form of a dollar for dollar Federal Tax Credit. There are additional incentives for energy storage and electric vehicles.

How long will a solar system last?

Solar systems are designed to endure. Most equipment comes with a 25 year manufacturers warranty and Arrow Energy backs up our work with a 15 year installation warranty. Solar is famously maintenance free. Wash them down every couple years for maximum performance, but that's about it.

Is my house a good solar candidate?

Let us take a look. Arrow Energy uses the most advanced site analysis and system design software available. We can quickly and accurately let you know if solar is a good fit for your home. If there is a way to make solar work for you we'll find it.

How long will it take?

The entire process typically take about a month. A week for the design phase, a week for plans and permitting and two weeks for installation and commissioning.
